Last updated: 2026-11-08
1. Who we are
Fakturia (the “Service”) is operated by Individual Entrepreneur KULIKOVA DARIA IGORI, registered in the Republic of Armenia under state registration number 273.1347809, tax identification number 40149986, registered address Komitas Avenue 16, apt. 88, Arabkir, Yerevan 0012, Republic of Armenia (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@fakturia.cloud, +995 599 098 276.
These Terms govern the use of the Service by the business that creates an account (the “Customer”, “you”). By creating an account you accept these Terms on behalf of that business.
2. Business customers only
The Service is offered exclusively to businesses, sole traders and other professional users acting for business purposes. It is not offered to consumers. By using it you confirm that you act in a business capacity.
3. The Service
Fakturia is a web application for creating, sending and receiving structured electronic invoices and credit notes over the Peppol network, including company onboarding, an invoice interface, an inbox, delivery status and email support.
Fakturia is an independent software service. We are not a certified electronic delivery service provider and not a Peppol Access Point. Peppol delivery, Peppol network access and the transmission of data to the Slovak Financial Administration are performed by eFaktura s. r. o. (provider ID EFSK000028), a certified delivery service provider, with Fakturia registered as its intermediary. To receive e-invoices you select that provider, with Fakturia as intermediary, on the Financial Administration portal and confirm it with the verification code issued there.
The Service is provided digitally through your online account. There is no physical delivery.
4. Your account and responsibilities
- You provide accurate company and contact details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for the content and correctness of the invoices and other documents you create and send, including amounts, VAT and recipient details.
- You keep your login credentials confidential and tell us about any misuse.
- You do not use the Service for fraudulent, fictitious, unlawful or unsolicited documents, and you do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
- Statutory record-keeping and tax obligations remain yours. The Service does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
5. Plans, prices and payment
Plans, included volumes and prices are listed on the Pricing page. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
Plans are billed monthly in advance by payment card through our payment provider. Documents above the included volume are billed with the next monthly payment. We do not store full card details; payments are processed by the payment provider.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A change applies from the next billing period after the notice period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect.
If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend sending of new documents until payment is made. Incoming documents continue to be received where possible.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time by email, with no minimum term. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on third parties, including the certified delivery provider, the Peppol network and Financial Administration systems, whose outages are outside our control. We may change or improve the Service and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce it.
8. Data
Your documents and data remain yours. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor and the certified delivery provider acts as our sub-processor.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, penalties imposed by third parties, or loss caused by incorrect data you provide, by your systems, or by third-party systems outside our control.
Our total liability for proven direct damage is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the one calendar month before the event that caused the damage. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it, in particular for damage caused intentionally.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account in case of non-payment, misuse, suspected fraud, a breach of these Terms or Peppol rules, or a request by a public authority. On termination you can request an export of your documents within 30 days; after that we may delete your content, except where we must keep it by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they apply. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are first resolved amicably by contacting us; failing that, they are decided by the competent courts of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
