How billing works
- All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Where VAT applies, it is added at the applicable rate.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance by payment card through our payment provider. Additional documents above the included amount are billed with the next monthly payment.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Paid plans start once production Peppol access is active. Until then, accounts are free of charge and connect to the Peppol test network.
- The service is intended for businesses only, not for consumers.
